Tottenham Court Road 

Instructed by client to relocate their office to new 15,000 sqf space on 5th & 6th floor of this building including the full scope of works inclusive modifications to M&E systems and air conditioning services. Works also included new glass partitions, break out areas, kitchens, toilets and shower rooms. New vinyl flooring was laid throughout and all new decorations completed all within 8 week contract period ready for client occupation.
